Chandler, AZ 85224 / Charlotte, NC Local Candidate preferred W2 Candidates only This is Mulesoft Admin role- not a developer role. Some dev exposure is fine, but the core function is platform management, operations, and L2/L3 support.. MuleSoft platform administration (Cloud Hub, RTF, on Prem, gateways, runtimes) Middleware background (JBoss/WebSphere/Tomcat/WebLogic experience is a plus) Linux (command line troubleshooting, logs, scripts, deployments) Day to
Day Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain MuleSoft runtimes, servers, and platform components Handle incoming tickets (incidents, service requests, platform issues) Perform L2/L3 troubleshooting for production and nonprod Work with DevOps on deployments, pipelines, and automation Support certificates, SSL, connectivity, and platform upgrades MustHave MuleSoft platform administration (CloudHub, RTF, onprem, gateways, runtimes) Middleware background (JBoss/WebSphere/Tomcat/WebLogic experience is a plus) Linux (commandline troubleshooting, logs, scripts, deployments) L2/L3 production support Strong troubleshooting across integrations, APIs, runtimes, queues, certs, connectivity Oncall or 24/7 support experience Huge Plus DevOps experience (CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, Ansible, automation) Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure) SRE style mindset (monitoring, observability, incident response)
