Hiring:
Desktop Engineer We are looking for a skilled Desktop Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Windows & Mac environments to support end-user systems and ensure seamless IT operations. 🔹 Key Responsibilities ✔ Diagnose & troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues ✔ Provide hands-on support for PCs, laptops, and peripherals ✔ Troubleshoot VPN, wireless, and network issues (Zscaler) ✔ Manage assets and tickets using ServiceNow (SNOW) ✔ Ensure timely resolution and escalate issues when needed ✔ Maintain documentation, reports, and knowledge base articles ✔ Support multiple users while ensuring high customer satisfaction 🔹 Required Skills 6-8 years of Desktop / IT Support experience Strong expertise in Windows & Mac environments Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM tools Solid understanding of network troubleshooting (VPN, Wi-Fi) Excellent communication & problem-solving skills 🔹 What We re Looking For Strong customer support mindset Ability to handle multiple issues efficiently Self-driven and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
