RESPONSIBILITIES

Operation of network and security solutions for our international customer in the beverage industry 2nd and 3rd level onsite and remote support for IT network & security solutions Executions of network configuration, design changes and maintenance activities Escalation management towards manufacturers and customers Operate change requests and tickets Analysis and rectification of faulty reports

EXPERIENCE AND SKILS

Professional knowledge of routing & switching (LAN, WAN, VPN, network analysis tools). Multiple years of experience with wireless and security products (e.g. Cisco, Palo Alto & Meraki) Analytical skills to troubleshoot technical problems Excellent English language skills (basic German skills are big plus) Creativity in solution development and consistency in problem solving Solution-oriented thinking and acting Personal interest in participating large-scale customer projects Willingness to learn and enjoy new technologies Good organizational skills and solid team player Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
