Opens a new window. Associate Director positions offered by Apollo Management Holdings, LP (El Segundo, California). Install and maintain network architecture to address local (LAN) and wide area (WAN) Azure, data network needs. Configure and deploy LAN and WAN Azure Public Cloud network connections, hardware, software and communication links and services. Optimize network systems and services. Troubleshoot network performance issues, analyze utilization, and provide capacity planning solutions. Coordinate with data network solution providers to design enterprise network topology, routing, and service levels. Ensure the stable operation of the enterprise data network infrastructure. Install, configure, maintain, support, and optimize network hardware, software, and communication links. Coordinate with network service providers to ensure network availability and service levels. Analyze and resolve network related problems in a timely and accurate fashion.

• Requires a master's or foreign equivalent degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 2 years of experience in switching and routing technologies.
• Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
• Wireless LAN and 802.1x infrastructure;
• VPN technologies (IPSEC and SSL);
• Wan Optimizer (Riverbed or similar);
• Public Cloud (Including Azure and AWS);
• Microsoft and Linux Operating Systems;
• Monitoring and alerting tools; and
• Firewall technologies (ACLs, SSL inspection, IPS/IDS, NAT).
• Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
