• Lead the development and implementation of IT process automation solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and requirements
• Design, configure, and maintain automation workflows and scripts
• Ensure the stability and reliability of automated processes
• Train and mentor team members on IT automation best practices
• Monitor and optimize automated processes to enhance performance and scalability
