• Full-time About the role As a Senior QA Automation Lead (UI & API), you will play a hands‑on role designing and building modern UI and API automation frameworks.

You will be a valued member of a cross‑functional delivery team and work collaboratively with developers, architects, and client stakeholders to build robust automation frameworks across UI, API, and performance testing. In this role, you will: Design, develop, and implement UI and API automation scripts using Playwright Define and implement automation frameworks using BDD/TDD approaches such as Cucumber and design patterns like Page Object Model (POM) Drive web services and API automation, ensuring coverage, reliability, and maintainability Lead and mentor an automation team, including code reviews, automation architecture, and solution design Work model At Cognizant, we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible, and we are here to support a healthy work‑life balance through our various wellbeing programs. Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $71,100 to $112,500, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
