Job Description

Job Description We are looking for a Middleware Engineer who will design, implement, and support enterprise middleware solutions across AWS and on‑prem environments. This role focuses on ensuring high availability, performance, automation, and reliability of critical middleware platforms through close collaboration with infrastructure and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support, troubleshoot, and resolve middleware issues across development, test, and production environments in cloud and on‑prem platforms
  • Install, configure, deploy, patch, and upgrade middleware technologies including Oracle WebLogic, Oracle
APEX/ORDS, IBM
ODM, Confluent, and OpenSearch
  • Manage and deploy applications in AWS, ensuring system availability, performance, and uptime requirements are met
  • Develop automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Bitbucket, Terraform, Dynatrace, and Splunk

  • 3+ years of Oracle WebLogic 14 administration experience with AWS Cloud Practitioner certification
  • 3+ years delivering Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or CloudFormation with source control in Bitbucket
  • 3+ years working in CI/CD environments using Jenkins, with deployment tracking and change management via Jira and ServiceNow
  • Hands-on AWS administration experience (API Gateway, EC2, ECS/EKS, Fargate, Lambda, S3, WAF, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, SSM) and strong Windows/Linux (RHEL, Amazon Linux, Oracle Linux) expertise
  • Proven ability to independently troubleshoot complex middleware and infrastructure issues, perform root-cause analysis, lead change implementation, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams with strong communication skills
