Job Description:
Execute end-to-end VM migrations from VMware vSphere (ESXi/vCenter) to Microsoft Hyper-V using Veeam Instant VM Recovery (IVMR) and the NetApp Shift Toolkit. Use Veeam Backup & Replication to support migrations, including backup and replica jobs, IVMR to Hyper-V, network and IP mapping, and final cutover with limited downtime. Set up and operate the NetApp Shift Toolkit on ONTAP storage, including SMB 3.0 and NFS shares, SMB Constrained Delegation, export policies, and large-scale disk conversion workflows.
