SDET (Automation)
Location:
Rocklin, CA (Preferred) Alternative location -San Francisco, CA (5 days Onsite/Week)
Duration:

Candidate should be strong in Core Java, selenium, and API Automations Key Responsibilities Define shared automation strategy across API, integration, workflow, and regression testing for SCMS domains. Build release-certification standards, defect triage patterns, and production-quality feedback loops. Lead test automation for pricing, payments, and integration-heavy flows where data correctness matters. Mentor engineers and testers on specification quality, reusable automation, and defect-prevention practices. Core Qualifications 10+ years in quality engineering or software test automation, including leadership of shared QE functions. Strong experience with API automation validation, service orchestration, Core Java and selenium, SQL-based verification, and CI / CD integration. Able to communicate quality risk clearly to engineering and business stakeholders. Agentic / AI-Enabled Expectations Author guardrails for AI-generated tests, data fixtures, and release checks. Use agentic systems to draft test scenarios, analyze failures, and flag unsafe automation output. Create measurable quality metrics that show where AI improves speed and where human review remains mandatory.
