This is a technical lead role within a collaborative team of six, supporting a wide range of critical infrastructure across 100+ locations. This position offers the opportunity to work on large-scale, mission-critical systems while helping guide future technology decisions, including upcoming infrastructure and security initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain complex LAN/WAN network environments Serve as a technical lead, providing guidance and mentorship to network staff Architect and support multi-platform enterprise networks Configure and manage network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure network security and reliability Support and enhance network infrastructure across diverse operational environments Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders on projects and upgrades Participate in evaluating and selecting future technologies, including firewall solutions Maintain documentation, diagrams, and procedural standards Technical Environment Cisco-based Layer 2/Layer 3 networking BGP routing Check Point firewalls Primarily on-premise infrastructure with early-stage cloud adoption Exposure to future cloud and security architecture decisions For immediate consideration, direct message Reid Gormly on LinkedIN and Apply Now!

Requirements Minimum Qualifications Bachelors or Associates Degree Experience:

4-6+ years of professional networking experience Strong expertise in LAN/WAN environments Proven experience with routing protocols (especially BGP) Hands-on experience with VLANs and network architecture Preferred Qualifications Experience with Ansible or network automation Exposure to Azure cloud networking Industry certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, etc.) Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.
