You will work in a supportive, team-oriented environment and gain hands-on experience with servers, networks, and client support while receiving on-the-job training. | Key Responsibilities | ・Perform maintenance and basic administration of servers, workstations, and network environments ・Monitor network and system performance and assist with troubleshooting connectivity or hardware issues ・Provide IT support remotely and through on-site visits to client locations as needed ・Collaborate with internal engineers and communicate technical issues clearly to clients | Qualifications | ・Must be authorized to work in the U.S. ・ Japanese / English bilingual (business-level communication required) ・Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) ・Strong willingness to learn, positive attitude, and proactive mindset | Preferred Qualifications | ・Experience working in a Windows-based environment ・Basic knowledge or interest in network security concepts ・Experience with server administration or IT infrastructure support ・Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware, network, or system-related issues | Schedule & Benefits | ・Monday-Friday (9:00 AM-6:00 PM) ・Torrance, CA (on-site) ・Insurance, sick leave, and other company benefits | Compensation | ・$40,000 - 45,000/Annually (starting salary) This is the starting range for the position.
