Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a SharePoint Automation Engineer to join our Collaboration Systems team. This role will focus on designing and implementing solutions in Microsoft 365, supporting migration efforts from on-premises SharePoint to M365, and providing day-to-day support and training. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, technical expertise in SharePoint and Microsoft 365, and the ability to collaborate across business units to drive value. Key Responsibilities Assist the Collaboration Systems team and customers in detailing requirements for Microsoft 365 solutions. Design out-of-the-box (OOTB) or custom solutions to meet business needs. Provide day-to-day support and training for Microsoft 365 applications. Maintain current industry knowledge of Microsoft 365 development concepts, best practices, and procedures. Support migration efforts from on-premises SharePoint to M365. Establish and maintain effective working relationships across departments and with customers. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Strong commitment to customer service and quality. Ability to manage competing demands and priorities with attention to detail. Proven written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Effective consulting, time management, and teamwork skills. Experience with requirements gathering. Experience with Microsoft 365 offerings (Teams, Exchange, etc.). Related Bachelor's degree or HS Diploma with 4+ years of related experience. Equivalent technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Pr eferred Qualifications (if any) Experience with Business Process Mapping. Six Sigma Certification. Experience with SharePoint Designer and InfoPath. Experience with Nintex Workflow or equivalent. SharePoint Application Development Certifications. Familiarity with third-party SharePoint solutions (e.g., HarePoint, Bamboo Solutions, ShareGate). Experience with web technologies (JavaScript, JSON, CSS, HTML). Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps). Certifications (if any) SharePoint Application Development Certifications preferred. Six Sigma Certification preferred.
