Position Summary:
Florida Atlantic University is seeking an OIT Network Intern- Boca Raton, FL. The role of the OIT Network Intern supports the reliable operation of Florida Atlantic University's network by providing hands-on technical assistance for both hardware and software systems. The position focuses on troubleshooting connectivity issues, configuring and installing network equipment, and maintaining accurate documentation to ensure efficient network performance and continuity across campus.
Summary of Responsibilities includes:
Provide technical support for hardware and software systems serving on the FAU network. Troubleshoot hard-wired and wireless issues across the FAU network. Assist with configuring equipment and administering network devices across the FAU network. Physically install and configure network equipment Assist with documenting the configuration of devices and maintaining documentation managed by Network Services. Explore Living in Palm Beach County The goal is to provide local employers and new employees in the area with a comprehensive guide with places to live.

Minimum Qualifications:
Degree-seeking undergraduate student with a minimum of six credit hours (or twelve if international) and a 2.0 GPA. Network Configuration Experience.
Salary:
$15.00 an hour.
