• Telephony Senior Engineer
• Key responsibilities:
• + Plan and design systems infrastructure, including the implementation and design of hardware and software.

Analyze, develop, modify, test and maintain the system. + Verify and validate systems and meets internal and external requirements. + Diagnose problems and provide recommendations for improvement on existing and new systems. + A specialist on complex technical and business matters. + Work is highly independent. + Ensures the development, maintenance, support and performance of the company's enterprise-wide Infrastructure environment.

• Unified Communications (UC)
• solutions supporting voice, messaging, and collaboration + Administer and maintain
• Cisco UC platforms
• (CUCM, Unity Connection, UCCX, Webex, IM&P) + Administer and maintain
• Microsoft Teams Calling
• + Configure and support
• voice gateways, SIP trunks, and carrier services
• + Manage
• dial plans, call routing, redundancy, and survivability
• across multi‑site environments + Troubleshoot and resolve
• Tier III UC issues

• Experience:

• + 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors; OR + 7 years relevant experience with High School or equivalent
