admin Power platform admin + developer skills Experienced Microsoft 365 professional with expertise in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise solutions using SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Copilot, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Proven ability to lead M365 projects, provide technical guidance, mentor development teams, and ensure successful delivery of scalable and secure business solutions. Strong experience collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and implement innovative automation and collaboration solutions aligned with organizational objectives. Skilled in troubleshooting complex technical issues, resolving project risks, and ensuring adherence to Microsoft best practices, coding standards, and security frameworks. Passionate about leveraging emerging M365 technologies, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and enhancing business productivity through digital transformation and automation.
