This is achieved through delivering Remarkable Member Service as defined by our Service Standards as well as building and maintaining strong member relationships through identification of member's financial needs and effectively recommending appropriate products and services to meet those needs. The Digital Banking Administrator is responsible for administering the delivery and health of digital banking applications and processes which includes analyzing key performance indicators, product risks and controls, guaranteeing quality through acceptance testing, and identifying measures of success. This includes administering and leveraging subject matter expertise and digital insight to define and deliver innovative digital banking products that meet strategic objectives. What You'll Be Doing Ensure digital banking products are accurately maintained, tracked and included in the eServices dashboard. Provide Tier 2 applications technical support to other departments within the Credit Union. Ensure security policies are maintained within the applications. Ensure vulnerability remediation for all assigned applications are completed in proper SLA timeframes. Administration of digital banking products (e.g. digital transactions, Zelle, mobile deposit) and vendors that support them. Provide recommendations of system and procedural changes relating to digital banking to implement. Collaborate and implement process improvements and efficiencies with automation specialists. Manage and troubleshoot incidents related to digital banking products, mitigating member impact till resolved. Escalate issues to third party vendors for resolution, along with providing timely updates to team members. Evaluate and maintain accurate documentation used for digital banking products. Maintain full roadmap for all digital products, outlining current and future state by functionality, updated monthly with implementation dates with software releases, upgrades, and patches. Research, test, and coordinate installation of software releases, upgrades, and patches for digital banking products; analyze the impact and communicate to leadership. Assist in annual disaster recovery testing as assigned. Cross-train and develop documentation for others to perform job duties when needed. Ensure the credit union delivers digital banking products to members that are industry standard. Ensure compliance with various federal and state regulations that relate to the functions administered within this position. Ensure appropriate audit trails are developed and maintained. What You Bring to the Table Bachelor's degree in a related field (Finance, Business Management) or a combination of education and work experience which includes managing, operating, and troubleshooting systems that perform critical financial transactions. Ability to work in highly collaborative and dynamic work environment. Demonstrated ability to think globally and drive results and efficiencies. Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Communication skillset that involves motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on complex subjects. Strong skills in organizational, planning, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and research. Flexibility to manage competing priorities and shift focus as determined by changing needs of the business. Experience with enterprise application configuration, support, troubleshooting, and process automation on financial business solutions. Why First Commerce?
