  • $45/hour on W2 Core hours are 3pm EST to 11pm EST with expectation of some flexibility, 2nd shift hours Work as part of a technical support team delivering a quality service to single/multiple clients using a variety of hardware and software products Analyze and understand clients' needs and expectations, as well as alternative architectures and trends Interview clients' technical teams to gather relevant information to facilitate architectural requirements definitions Takes responsibility to lead small to medium scale design projects, interfacing with project managers Establish, explain, and validate the solution testing criteria for projects Design services in accordance with Accenture standards and vendor best practices Remain current on vendor best practices as it relates to the interlinking of technologies (Windows, VMware, Storage platforms) Provide expertise on system performance tuning, capacity planning, and maintenance patching and new version installation Develop and maintain standard templates for repeatable build outs Work with vendors and drive them to help us meet our service level obligations Plan and implement small to medium scale changes on production systems Analyze and assess the impact and risk of small to medium risk changes on production systems Install, configure, patch and maintain appropriate technologies (e.
g. servers/databases/network/ storage) Design and assist small to medium scale disaster recovery tests Create and review technical system recovery plans Demonstrate commitment to Service Excellence At more senior levels, perform major upgrades of systems and associated products At more senior levels, act as technical lead for one or more small to medium scale clients Required Skills 1
  • 3 years Cloud Administration experience (AWS, Azure, OCI, Google Cloud Platform) 1
  • 3 years' experience working on an enterprise level operations team with the ability to pass stringent background checks Preferred Skills 1
  • 3 years' experience working with Active Directory 1
  • 3 years' experience working with VMWare SAN experience (EMC preferred) MCSE certification VMWare
VCP WSUS ITIL
Foundation certification Experience working with High Availability environments Associate or Bachelor's degree in a technical area Proven ability to work independently and as a team member Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
