reviews Description CALNET has a requirement for a Senior Network Engineer to provide professional Information Technology (IT) support for the US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Integrated Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Enterprise Architecture (IGE-A) Key Responsibilities Perform duties as a Network and Systems Administrator on Classified Networks; responsible for Data Center Installation and Configuration, Enterprise Connectivity Upgrades, AD Account Management and LAN/SAN Network Connectivity. Perform routine maintenance of Network and Life Cycle equipment replacement. Troubleshoot LAN/WAN Network problems. Install/Upgrade network infrastructure Install, connect and configure storage devices. Install, connect and configure network devices. Provide Video Teleconference support. Perform routine user services. Implement system upgrades, install latest software release versions/patching. Install, configure and standup remote Hot Sites. Perform remote site maintenance and monitoring. Ensure highest level of Network IA compliance. Required Qualifications TS/SCI Clearance Security+ Certification Ten (10) years of professional experience in design, implementation, and operation of a geographically dispersed network Two (2) years professional experience with Cisco Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). Must hold valid Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification Two (2) years of professional experience in designing, implementing, and operating a network infrastructure Have experience developing and maintaining network architecture and infrastructure including installation, test, upgrades and other required maintenance on systems that including: o Cisco Switches, Routers, & Firewalls oVPLS/MPLS
Connections and Circuits o Cisco Wireless Access Points and Wireless Controllers o Cisco Prime and MSE o VPNs (Remote Access & Site-to-Site) o Cisco Nexus Data Center LAN/SAN switches, Cisco UCS and EMC/Hitachi/Quantum Data Center Storage Devices. Secondary equipment experience withF5 LTM/GTM
