May 27, 2026 Full-Time On-site Locations Showing 1 location Pella Regional Main 404 Jefferson St Pella, IA 50219, USA Job Details Description The Infrastructure Administrator's role is to ensure the stability and integrity of enterprise infrastructure hardware. This is achieved by configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing both network and serverponents across theanization. In addition, the Infrastructure Administrator will assist senior infrastructure staff to integrate new technologies and initiatives. This individual will also work collaboratively with the support team to identify root cause analysis and develop tools and technologies to optimize the end userputing environment. Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities: Bachelor's degree inputer science related field and/or 4 years equivalent work experience. Certifications in networking and security fields, such as CCNA, BCNE, and Network+ are highly desirable. Proven experience and success with LAN, WAN, and wireless networking design and implementation. Proven experience with network capacity planning, network security principles, and general network management best practices. Strong, hands-on technical knowledge of network and PC operating systems. Experience and/or knowledge of telephony systems. Working technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and Internet standards. Excellent hardware troubleshooting experience. Competence with testing tools and procedures for voice and data circuits. Good understanding of theanization's goals and objectives. Knowledge of HIPAA security regulations. Able to conduct research into networking issues and products as required. Highly self motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment. Ability to read andmunicate effectively in English. Firm understanding ofputer applications. Ability tomunicate well verbally.
