Responsibilities We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automation Engineer Intern to join our Business Systems team. This role will support the development and deployment of automation solutions that streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and enhance efficiency across our enterprise platforms. The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions using tools such as Power Automate, Power Platform, n8n, and other low-code/no-code technologies. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify automation opportunities across departments. Design, build, and test automation workflows using Power Automate, Power Platform, and n8n. Assist in integrating automation solutions with enterprise systems such as CRM, Service Now, Workday, Archer, etc. Document automation processes, configurations, and best practices. Monitor and maintain existing automation workflows, ensuring reliability and performance. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives. Support the transition of legacy processes into modern, scalable automation frameworks. Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Familiarity with Power Automate, Power Platform, or similar low-code tools. Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data integration concepts. Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) or other technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Self-starter with a passion for process improvement and technology. Preferred Qualifications Experience with n8n or other open-source automation platforms. Exposure to enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Service Now, Microsoft Dynamics. Understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems. Experience utilizing AI Platforms within workflows or to aid in efficiency.
