The Operations Manager position shall require a Bachelor's degree. The Operations Manager will assist the Program Manager in overall management of the Program and shall be prepared to perform the duties of the Program Manager if required. Requirements Minimum 7 years of experience in cyber range or computer test bed environments. Minimum 7 years of experience in Program Management or SR level DoD experience or Defense Industry Civilian Professional working with SR level DoD personnel. Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training. The employee shall be able to plan, execute, evaluate, and lead Cyber training programs effectively. The employee shall possess knowledge of OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management.
