Initial training will take place in Everest, KS, then employee can work from Everest, Horton, Atchison or Oskaloosa. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 1. Works with the Bank's Managed Service Provider relationship. Ensure employees are receive adequate service. 2. Support the installation, additions, moves, and changes to equipment systematically within terminal management systems. 3. Acts as a liaison between the business and the vendor, in providing day to day support for existing customers and escalations. 4. Will facilitate, manage, and provide resolution to issues with equipment or implementation. 5. Oversees the team installations and assists where and when needed with day-to-day functions. 6. Maintains records and audits of equipment, spacing, and spare parts inventories. And reorders when necessary. 7. Helps coordinate changes, schedules, and monitors repairs while working with Business Lines to find an adequate time for replacement. 8. Provides labor for the physical and logistical efforts in non-technical tasks required for hardware and other electronic equipment. 9. Provides services in the physical dismantling and demilitarization of hardware. 10. Follows all proper processes of equipment classification sanitization. Stages, organizes, performs labor on, and moves hardware. 11. Prepares reports and analysis for documentation and derived operational requirements. 12. Prepares reports and recommendations concerning management of hardware and processes. 13. Follow all bank policies and procedures. Supervisory Responsibility This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This position requires manual dexterity, the ability to lift files and open filing cabinets. This position requires bending, stooping or standing as necessary. Travel Travel is expected for this position. Travel between branches on a regular basis. Also travel to trade shows and conferences.
