NOC Engineer

Must Have Technical/Functional Skill Good understanding of Infrastructure and network. Basic Administration skills for windows, Linux and VMware. Good understanding on Various basic issues and troubleshooting. General awareness of Monitoring tools and functionalities. Should be able to handle Multi screen monitoring. Should have minimum knowledge on Database administration. Should have knowledge on NOC team and it's functionalities etc… Able to analyze and provide fixes for Regular issues Have good Knowledge on ServiceNow ticketing tool. Monitoring tools configuring knowledge. Prior NOC team experience. Regular Operations & Monitoring Support. Managing Monitoring tools

Salary Range:

$ 62,000-$ 72,000 a year
