Job Description

We are looking for a Systems & Network Specialist to serve as the onsite (on the road) for our IT infrastructure. This role requires a "best of both worlds" professional: someone who can assist with cloud and network environments (M365, Unifi, SonicWall) and isn't afraid to get hands-on with onsite hardware support and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Management:
Administer M365 (Modern Work), Wireless Controllers, and secure networking equipment (Fortigate, SonicWall, Unifi).
Onsite Support:
Provide physical onsite support for hardware deployments, server room maintenance, and high-priority end-user issues that cannot be resolved remotely.
Required Skills:
Proven Experience:
Knowledge with Microsoft 365, PC Admin, and Networking (Fortigate/SonicWall/Unifi).
Hardworking:
Self Motivated Mobility:
Must have reliable transportation and the ability to be onsite for physical troubleshooting and hardware management.
Physical Ability:
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform basic equipment installation (racking, cabling).
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$29.00 - $35.00 per hour
