Job title Automation Engineer - AVEVA / OSI PI Job location type In person Location Marlborough, MA 01752 Job type 6 months contract with possible extension Shift Schedule 1st Shift Number of openings 1 Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer with strong AVEVA and OSI PI expertise to support advanced FlexFactory and customized standalone automation projects. The ideal candidate will contribute to software deployment, testing, and verification activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a highly regulated manufacturing environment. This role requires hands-on experience with industrial automation platforms, historian systems, and validation documentation aligned with GAMP5 standards. Top 3 Must-Have Skills

Historian & PI Vision AVEVA System Platform 2020 GAMP5 (V-Model) documentation Required Technical Experience Candidates must demonstrate experience with:
AVEVA / OSI PI
Historian and PI Vision AVEVA System Platform 2020 Industrial communication protocols such as: Profibus OPC EtherNet/IP GAMP5 validation documentation (V-Model) Verification test planning and execution Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills Key Responsibilities Working under the direction of the Project Lead, the selected candidate will: Participate in FlexFactory and customized automation projects Generate project documentation for requirements and validation testing Deploy and customize existing automation software library elements Conduct engineering tests and protocol shakedown Perform formal verification testing Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to process equipment hardware and software Collaborate with engineering, operations, and validation teams to ensure project success
