Job Summary:
Job Description The NOC HC / Senior Operations Management Center Engineer will independently manage and enhance data center operations, driving performance and process improvements. This role involves leading analyses, monitoring facility health, and implementing enhancements. The engineer will partner with various teams, lead incident resolution, and manage technical issues. They will maintain a knowledge base, execute incident protocols, and conduct root cause analysis. Additionally, they will oversee new region builds, expansions, and infrastructure changes, ensuring optimal data center efficiency and stability. Responsibilities Independently manage and enhance data center operations, ensuring high performance and stability. Lead performance analyses and monitor facility health to identify areas for improvement. Drive process improvements by collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams. Lead on-the-ground incident resolution teams and manage escalated technical issues. Utilize advanced automation and monitoring tools to mitigate risks and ensure efficient operations. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base and execute incident management protocols. Conduct root cause analysis to improve operations and prevent future incidents. Oversee new region builds and expansions, serving as the main liaison for expansion projects. Provide oversight for installations, repairs, inventory management, and logistics. Direct component upgrades and infrastructure changes to optimize data center efficiency. #LI-KC15

US:
Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
