This is a great opportunity to work in a hybrid infrastructure environment, with exposure across networking, server administration, security, and identity management. To be clear, this position is permanent and reports to their office in Westfield MA five days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure Server administration (configuration, maintenance, patching) Administer Microsoft Active Directory (AD), IAM, and Entra ID (Azure AD) Firewall management, proxy servers, and security appliances Architect and maintain backups and disaster recovery solutions Manage endpoint security (EDR, XDR, MDR platforms) Support VPN, RAS, WAN, and remote connectivity Maintain network hardware (routers, switches, fiber, Cat 5 cabling) Collaborate on infrastructure planning and documentation
Preferred Experience & Skills:
Strong AD, IAM, and Entra ID experience 5+ years in server/network administration (hybrid environments) Firewall management, DNS, IP addressing (IPv4/IPv6), and network security Backup architecture and disaster recovery experience Endpoint security platform experience (EDR/XDR/MDR) VPN, WAN, and remote access support Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred #IND123
