- Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems.
- Manage infrastructure and processes related to these systems.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification and resolution.
- Escalate issues and communicate status to management and internal customers.
- Utilize VMWare for provisioning and maintaining Virtual Machines.
- Perform Windows system administration tasks.
- Possess knowledge of Linux system administration.
