Required Skills
- Cisco IOS, CatOS, NxOS, filter and access control, Ciscoworks, TACACS+, ASA, FWSM, HP Openview, Cisco routers, Cisco Switches, F5/Cisco load balancers, Infiniband, Juniper, FiberChannel (FC) SAN, and VPN (IPSEC)
- Physical installation and configuration and troubleshooting of network routers, switches, load balancers and security devices
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocol stack and routing and switching protocols
- Strong working knowledge of L2/L3 protocols
- Strong working knowledge of stateful firewalls, and L3 access controls
- Working knowledge of Atlassian Tool Suite
- Virtualization products including VMWare and Solaris containers Qualifications
- Eight (8) years demonstrable experience (with degree, or 13 without) in network engineering (LAN), architecture, monitoring, security, and protection.
- Must have datacenter network design and architecture experience to include installation and configuration of Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and IPSEC virtual private networks. Benefits
