Job Summary Responsible for designing, programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS) for commercial and institutional facilities. Key Responsibilities- Install, configure, and commission BAS/DDC systems
- Program controllers for HVAC equipment and energy management
- Troubleshoot BACnet, Modbus, and related protocols
- Integrate multi-vendor systems and perform startup testing
- Analyze performance and recommend energy improvements
- Prepare documentation and support clients. Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent technical experience
- 2+ years with BAS/DDC or HVAC controls
- Knowledge of HVAC, networking, electrical drawings, and commissioning
