Required Skills:

Over 3-5 years of supporting enterprise network environments Installation, cabling, and configuration of network equipment Strong knowledge of routing protocols such as

OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, MP-BGP, IS-IS

Expertise in MPLS, Layer 2 VPN, and Layer 3 VPNs Excellent verbal and written communication skills Customer service-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Basic mentoring skills for supporting team members Familiarity with computer hardware and related software Nice to

Have Skills:

Certifications like CCNA or AWS Cloud Practitioner Experience with network hardware and software configuration management tools

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field 5-7 years of relevant professional experience
