What city do you live in? Work onsite daily Network Security Certification desired, CCNA minimum, CCNP desired, CCIE ideal; what active cert do you have? Provide copy of your certs. Understand Plant Risk Management, identify, detail, quantify and prioritize risks. Help define Risk Remediation plans, support decisions on RAAs. Describe Lead Vulnerability Management discussions, act as SME for analyzing and remediating vulnerabilities Analyze and incorporate Supplier Risks into the local risk management. Assess Risks for critical shopfloor changes or related projects such as tool introductions, etc. Execution of Device Security Profiles, for high-profile solutions. Manage Plant Security Posture, deviation of Endpoint Protection & Access Control Baselines, etc. Monitor & assess Asset Inventory accuracy. Feasibility analysis of local Changes on the shopfloor. Monitor & Support Implementation of Event-Monitoring Solutions, manage Local Recovery & Incident Plan availability. Support analysis & remediation of a Security Incident/Event, with on-time reaction and remediation. Drive development & implementation of Backup, Recovery & Contingency Plans for shopfloor. Understand basic networking, Route/Switch Understands Firewalls, VPN, NAT, DNS, DHCP, ACLs, VLAN, Policies and security best practices Understands OSI model, TCP/IP stack Strong security policy documentation and change control Clear English communication skills, able to articulate issues with end users or others. Able to write clearly & concise Experience with Manufacturing or Industrial processes, OT or ICS knowledge Able to lead Jr engineers and provide guidance. Able to walk distances within manufacturing floors
