This role is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting our meter software agent for external customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering Fast, Friendly, and Amazing customer service. This is a full-time, onsite position, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., located at 3223 Kraft Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49512.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Onboard external customers to our supported meter software agent. Configure and maintain customer meter environments, including mapping customers and equipment. Add, update, and remove records within the meter management system. Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system accuracy and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve external customer meter collection challenges using established processes and procedures. Maintain accurate documentation for historical tracking and analytical purposes. Meet or exceed established department metrics and performance expectations. Provide customer focused end user support via phone and email. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and requests. Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Applied Innovation's Fast, Friendly, and Amazing service standards. Other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.Education/License/Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience working with external customers preferred. Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.
