Long Term Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Network Operations Lead to support and lead enterprise network operations across security, routing, switching, wireless, SD-WAN, cloud networking, and data center environments. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a Senior Network Engineer or NOC Lead with strong troubleshooting and incident management experience. Responsibilities Lead day-to-day NOC operations and mentor L1/L2 engineers Act as senior escalation point for complex network issues Manage P1/P2 incident bridge calls and coordinate troubleshooting efforts Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions Improve monitoring, incident response, escalation processes, and documentation Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and operational standards Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, security, and engineering teams Support continuous improvement of network reliability and performance Required Skills Palo Alto & Juniper SRX Firewalls Juniper Mist Wireless & Authentication Cisco/Juniper Switching

SD-WAN L3

Routing (BGP preferred) Data Center Switching VPNs, Monitoring Tools & Network Troubleshooting Load Balancing (F5 preferred) Cloud Networking (Azure or Google Cloud Platform preferred)

ACI / VXLAN

Fabrics preferred Required Qualifications Extensive experience in Network Operations / NOC Leadership Strong troubleshooting across routing, switching, wireless, VPN, and firewalls Experience leading incident response during critical outages Ability to mentor junior engineers and improve operational processes Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work onsite 3 days/week in Grand Rapids, MI Preferred Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in IT, CS, or related field

Certifications:

CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCIS, Palo Alto, CISSP, etc. Experience in enterprise-scale network environments
