Job Description:

Join our team as a Sr. QA Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our web and mobile experiences. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of working both remotely and at our corporate office. Responsibilities Lead quality initiatives and set standards across the team to ensure top-notch product delivery. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop quality strategies and assess potential risks. Design and maintain automated testing frameworks for both web and mobile applications. Ensure comprehensive test coverage through various testing methods, including end-to-end and regression testing. Review project requirements and designs to identify potential quality issues early in the process. Oversee testing strategies for major launches, ensuring readiness and reliability. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enhance feedback and release processes. Mentor fellow QA engineers, fostering skill development in testing and automation. Continuously improve testing tools and processes to adapt to evolving platform complexities. Skills Over 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Software Test Engineering for web and mobile applications. Proficiency in testing large-scale applications using technologies like React, React Native, and Next.js. Strong experience with end-to-end and UI test automation frameworks such as Cypress and Playwright. Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and asynchronous programming patterns. Excellent attention to detail with a proven track record of identifying complex defects and quality risks. Strong collaboration skills, thriving in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Skills Experience with mobile test automation for Android and iOS applications. Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions. Ability to test and validate performance and accessibility at scale. Experience advocating for quality in fast-paced, agile environments.
