Full Job Description Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Install, replace, and support physical network switches and ports across organizational infrastructure Assist System Engineers with diagnosing and troubleshooting network connectivity issues Support workspace power systems and wireless connectivity initiatives in coordination with the network team Document completed work using photos, notes, and shared tracking spreadsheets Verify equipment is installed in the correct locations according to infrastructure standards Perform and verify basic installation and connectivity procedures Communicate installation concerns, delays, or technical issues to the Systems Engineering and Network teams Identify, transport, and deliver required hardware equipment for project assignments Safely load, transport, and secure equipment in company vehicles Maintain accurate records of delivered and installed hardware Coordinate schedules, installations, and infrastructure layouts with Systems Engineers Assist with setup and deployment of new infrastructure equipment Communicate project status updates, completion timelines, and any outstanding issues Provide knowledge transfer and technical support to other Network Team members as needed
Required Qualifications:
Cisco certification preferred Experience with low-voltage power systems, multimedia connectivity, and SolarWinds Ability to read and interpret blueprints and floor plans Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to maintaining a positive, inclusive, and respectful work environment
