In this role, you will work directly with senior leadership to improve how our warehouses run, design smarter processes, solve real-world problems, and help to scale our operations for growth.

JOB SUMMARY
You will partner closely with the Vice President of Operations to identify opportunities, implement improvements, and help shape the future of our warehouse network. This is a hands-on role where your ideas can quickly turn into real operational impact. This is a full-time, onsite position based at our St. Louis Corporate Headquarters.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and lead initiatives that improve safety, accuracy, and productivity across our warehouse network. Dig into operational data to uncover inefficiencies and turn insights into improvements. Develop and standardize best practices across all warehouse locations to ensure consistency and scalability. Help design and optimize warehouse layouts, expansions, and new facilities. Collaborate with Operations, IT, and cross-functional teams to identify, test, and implement system and ERP improvements Analyze data to identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, and improve overall warehouse performance and cost structure Identify and implement technology solutions to improve operational performance. Oversee and coordinate warehouse improvement projects. Promote a safety-first mindset in all process improvements and operational changes.

PREFERRED SKILLSEXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
WORK ENVIRONMENT
There is a combination of office and warehouse-based environments. There will also be regular interaction within warehouse settings, including all normal sights and sounds of large distribution centers. Traveling to our warehouses to get a boots on the ground evaluation is part of the job.
