Network / System Engineer #26-06215 Charlotte, NC Onsite Contract Starts 8/31/2026 Ends 8/30/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Network / System Engineer for a hybrid position (3 days onsite per week required) with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for the physical and network provisioning of servers, including racking, stacking, and configuration. The ideal candidate will coordinate with site support and vendors, track hardware, and validate configuration items within ServiceNow.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for provisioning servers Perform racking, stacking, and server configurations Track network and server hardware Coordinate with local site support and vendors to rack, configure, and network servers Conduct physical server validation Validate Configuration Items in ServiceNow Work occasional weekend shifts as required (e.g., Friday-Sunday, 10pm ET - 7am ET)

Requirements:

Experience with server console management Mid-level Excel skills Experience with ServiceNow Knowledge of cloudputing principles General project management experience Strong attention to detail Desired skills: Quick learner Team-oriented Pay range: $47.47 - $55.47 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
