Top Secret Responsibilities:
Design, evaluate, plan, test, and operate electrical, electronic, mechanical, and computer components, equipment, and systems in support of TSCM missions. Prepare and present classroom lectures, practical labs, tutoring, and skills testing on TSCM topics. Maintain, update, fabricate, and implement training aids and training equipment for TSCM training. Provide TSCM expertise for deployment planning and execution of CONUS and OCONUS missions, conducting complex and sensitive technical operations. Detect and nullify technical surveillance threats, advise leadership on technical security risks, and deliver mobile training and technical advisement. Conduct research and advise on state-of-the-art technical security technologies and global threat trends.
Qualifications Required Qualifications:
Minimum 15+ years in technical security, TSCM, or related fields, including 5+ years leading or conducting TSCM operations for DoD, IC, or SOF. Certification from the Inter-agency Training Center (ITC) in conduct of TSCM (required). Demonstrated experience delivering technical instruction and hands-on training. Strong understanding of electronic surveillance threats, RF spectrum, and countermeasure techniques. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics Technology, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior SOF, IC, or high-sensitivity program experience. Experience designing TSCM training curricula and evaluation standards.
