Network Manager

We're looking for a hands-on Network Infrastructure Manager who enjoys being deep in the tech while also leading and improving an enterprise network environment. This role is ideal for someone who can design, secure, and support enterprise infrastructure—not just oversee it.

What you'll do:

Own and actively manage firewalls, routing, switching, and network securityDesign, implement, and troubleshoot secure on‑prem and hybrid infrastructureLead network architecture decisions and drive security best practicesRespond to complex network and security incidents when they ariseMentor team members while remaining highly technical day‑to‑dayWhat we're looking for:

Strong experience with firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, etc.), routing, and switchingDeep understanding of infrastructure security and network segmentationProven ability to stay hands-on while leading network operationsExperience in regulated or security‑focused environments a plus
