This fully onsite role requires hands-on expertise in VMware environments and networking to ensure seamless, reliable infrastructure performance. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of progressive experience driving operational excellence in mission-critical datacenter settings. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day data center operations, including capacity planning, performance monitoring, and incident management. Manage VMware virtualization infrastructure (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter) with hands-on troubleshooting, upgrades, and optimization. Lead networking operations, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement infrastructure best practices, disaster recovery, and high-availability strategies. Conduct root cause analysis for incidents, develop SLAs, and drive continuous improvements in uptime and efficiency. Ensure compliance with security protocols, audits, and industry standards Mentor junior staff and coordinate with vendors for hardware/software support. Required Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in datacenter operations and infrastructure management.
