: Fulltime Job Description SRE / Dynatrace Observability & Automation Engineer Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace SaaS/Managed, with primary focus on automation and self healing use cases. Design and implement Dynatrace-driven self-healing workflows using auto-remediation, problem detection, root-cause analysis, and integration with automation/runbook tools. Build and maintain Dashboards, Alerts, Problem Notifications, and Synthetic Monitoring aligned to business-critical services and SLAs. Apply deep knowledge of APM, infrastructure monitoring, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and microservices to enable proactive and predictive operations. Leverage DQL, metrics, events, and entity relationships to drive intelligent alerting, automated decisions, and remediation actions. Integrate Dynatrace with ITSM and incident management platforms to enable automated ticket creation, enrichment, and closure. Define and enforce SLOs/SLIs, using observability signals to support release readiness, production gating, and operational decision-making. Engineer permanent fixes through post-incident reviews, ensuring automation is enhanced to prevent recurrence of known failure patterns. Partner with platform, governance, and control teams to ensure observability, automation, and self-healing practices align with enterprise risk, compliance, and audit standards.
