Controls/Automation EngineerPosition OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Controls/Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement control systems and automation solutions for our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop control systems and automation solutions using Allen Bradley and ControlLogix platforms.

Program and configure PLCs and HMIs to optimize manufacturing processes.

Conduct system commissioning and validation for new and existing control systems.

Collaborate with engineering teams to create and update P&ID, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Implement SCADA solutions using iFix and Wonderware for real-time data monitoring and control.

Perform data exchange between control systems and enterprise systems using SQL and other protocols.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with control systems, ensuring minimal downtime.

Support validation efforts in compliance with pharmaceutical and manufacturing regulations.

Assist in the development of standard operating procedures and documentation for control systems.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Controls Engineer or Automation Engineer in an industrial environment.

Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Allen Bradley, ControlLogix) and HMI development.

Familiarity with SCADA systems like iFix and Wonderware.

Experience with control system design, commissioning, and validation processes.

Understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Proficient in reading and creating P&ID, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
