EUC/Desktop Engineer Tata Consultancy Services•3.9 Henderson, NV Job Details $85,000•$110,000 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Incident management Wireless networking GPO Phone communication Laptop (troubleshooting support) English 8 years Computer hardware Customer support ticket management Mobile device management IT Senior level Client interaction via phone calls Full Job Description EUC/Desktop Engineer o Candidate must have 8-12 years of L1/L2 hands-on experience to support the End User Computing Deskside Services. o Candidate should be proficient in English to provide the required IT services. o Candidate must be ready to provide the support over the Phone Calls and Deskside support both which also includes the support during weekend as per monthly roster. o This is Onsite customer location work and no offline or WFH allowed. o Resolve Incidents and Service Requests tickets associated with EUC equipment, EUC software, IT applications, provide break/fix support, advice and assist to Customer Users, as needed. o Provide equipment and hardware support including laptop, desktop devices, mobile devices, direct attached printers, local printers, scanners, and wireless networking. o Mobile Device Management provides support to mobile devices, such as smartphones and tablets as well as desktop devices such as engineering workstations. o Leverage Customer's EUC Mobile Device Management Tools to enable secure and remote support and operations. o Configure and implement enterprise device group policies. Ensure that MDM processes follow all Customer defined security practices, including identity verification prior to enrolling new devices. o Candidate must be fully COVID vaccinated (mandatory). o
