Job Description

Job Description As the Division Network Engineer you will assist with the design, implementation, monitoring, and support the west division hospitals network and security infrastructure. As a primary technical resource for the division you will be responsible for the set-up and repair of division and facility network infrastructure, including the monitoring and diagnosis of network performance, and resolution of network-based incidents and requests reported to the division service desk, especially complex incidents requiring research and diagnostics. They will work through service now for tickets and will be assigned corporate projects (refreshes, new technology implementations) from manager as needed.
Team breakdown:
manage 3 teams, technical services, all supporting west division hospitals (Nevada and Cali) 4 network engineers- this would be 5 (backfill or someone who left to open his own company) 1 UC engineer 6 system engineers- server side We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
