In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting complex network infrastructure across diverse environments. Your expertise will ensure the stability, security, and high performance of our network systems, enabling seamless communication and data flow within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of computer networking principles, network security protocols, and modern IT infrastructure practices. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects and support enterprise-level network operations on a global scale. Responsibilities Design, deploy, and manage wide area networks (WAN), local area networks (LAN), and data center network architectures to optimize performance and scalability. Configure and maintain network devices such as Cisco routers, switches, firewalls (including Cisco ASA), Meraki access points, Juniper equipment, and other networking hardware. Implement and oversee security measures including VPNs (Virtual Private Networks), IDS (Intrusion Detection Systems), IPS (Intrusion Prevention Systems), Cisco ISE for identity services, PKI (Public Key Infrastructure), and network encryption protocols. Monitor network health using tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, and Splunk; perform vulnerability assessments; troubleshoot issues; and ensure high availability through load balancing and redundancy strategies. Manage network protocols such as TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, MPLS, DNS, DHCP, IPsec VPNs, and QoS policies to guarantee reliable data transmission. Support cloud security initiatives by integrating AWS, Azure, virtualization platforms like VMware vSphere or Citrix, and containerization technologies. Conduct regular network performance analysis; prepare documentation; assist in capacity planning; participate in disaster recovery planning.
