Accepting Candidates About the Role Join a fast-paced technology team responsible for developing and maintaining scalable automation testing solutions for enterprise-level applications. This role focuses on Selenium automation using Java, API testing, CI/CD integration, and driving software quality through advanced automation frameworks and testing best practices. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on automation experience, deep Core Java expertise, and a solid background working within Agile development environments. Experience with mobile automation and AI-assisted testing tools is highly valued. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium and Core Java Build and execute automated test scripts for enterprise applications Perform API testing using: Postman REST Assured Develop automation solutions supporting: Functional Testing Regression Testing Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery Execute SQL queries and perform data validation across multiple data sources Support CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution using Jenkins Utilize version control systems including: Git GitHub Implement automation testing best practices and improve test coverage and validation processes Participate in Agile ceremonies including: Sprint Planning Daily Stand-Ups Sprint Reviews Retrospectives Support mobile testing and automation initiatives Leverage AI productivity tools such as: Claude GitHub Copilot Assist with defect tracking, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in software testing and automation engineering Strong hands-on experience with: Selenium Automation Core Java Automation Framework Development Experience with: TestNG Automation Scripting Functional & Regression Testing Strong API testing experience using: Postman REST Assured Experience with: CI/CD Pipelines Jenkins Git/GitHub Strong SQL and data validation skills Understanding of automation testing methodologies and QA best practices Experience working in Agile software development environments Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with: Mobile Testing Appium BrowserStack Sauce Labs LambdaTest Exposure to AI-assisted development/testing tools such as: Claude GitHub Copilot Healthcare, Medicaid, or Medicare domain experience
