In the assigned Job Role of Infrastructure Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: ⦁ Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolveplex incidents, conduct root cause analyses, and document findings with preventive rmendations ⦁ Participate in evaluation of client IT infrastructure, prepare actionable assessment reports, and support due diligence to document infrastructure maturity and improvement opportunities ⦁ Contribute to the design of scalable, cost-effective IT infrastructure solutions, review reusableponents, and develop technical documentation for deployed systems ⦁ Align release schedules and environment readiness, execute deployments as per protocols, perform post-deployment testing, and manage version control to track changes ⦁ Co-ordinate maintenance schedules, emergency fixes, and technology upgrades while ensuring uninterrupted integration into existing systems and processes ⦁ Facilitate performance data analysis across systems, coordinate insights on system behavior, and support capacity planning to optimize performance ⦁ Conduct security checks, recovery drills, andpliance audits, implement security measures, and coordinate continuity plans to maintain adnce to standards ⦁ Gather feedback to identify automation opportunities, analyze existing infrastructure processes, and propose enhancements for efficiency gains ⦁ Act as liaison with onsite, offshore, and vendor teams to document project requirements, ensuring effective collaboration ⦁ Develop a centralized repository of technical and procedural knowledge, leveraging insights from other projects to drive efficiency and retainanizational expertise Your contribution to the team: ⦁ A collaborative spirit and excellentmunication skills. ⦁ Ability to handleplex incidents and implement resolutions ⦁ A knack for conducting IT infrastructure assessment and identifying key optimization opportunities ⦁ Focused approach towards deployment management, system optimization, and process automation initiatives including sector specific focus ⦁ The ability to work with cross-functional teams Required Skill and Experience

• Install, configure, and maintain IBM AIX operating systems and servers, ensuring maximum uptime and optimal performance.
• Manage logical partitions (LPARs), PowerVM virtualization, and Hardware Management Console (HMC) operations, including creation, reconfiguration, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor system performance, analyze performance statistics, and implement tuning adjustments to maintain system efficiency.
• Perform regular patching, updates, and upgrades of AIX systems and related infrastructure software including VIOS, PowerHA, and GPFS.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues across AIX server environments, collaborating with vendors and internal teams.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards for AIX systems to ensurepliance withanizational and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct backup and disaster recovery planning and execution, including use of tools like Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) and Storix.
• Provide support forplex AIX system problems,
• Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, installation procedures, and operational processes.
• Support integration with SAN and NAS storage, cluster management including HACMP/PowerHA, and global file systems.
• participate in project planning, system upgrades, and deployment initiatives aligned with IT roadmaps.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support and incident management as needed, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid problem resolution.
• Coordinate with business units for operational alignment and technical escalations Preferred Skill and Experience ITIL knowledge Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills. Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
