- Network Wireless Engineer | Onsite - New York We are actively hiring a highly experienced Network Wireless Engineer with strong expertise in Enterprise WLAN, Aruba ClearPass, Wi-Fi Design, RF Analysis, and Wireless Surveys for a long-term onsite engagement in New York.

Immediate Requirement Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and optimize enterprise wireless LAN solutions across office and industrial environments Conduct predictive & on-site wireless surveys, RF analysis, and coverage optimization Troubleshoot complex Wi-Fi issues including authentication, interference, and performance degradation Create and maintain Low-Level Designs (LLDs) for Wi-Fi, NAC, and related services Prepare accurate BoMs for deployments, upgrades, and refresh programs Support Wi-Fi lifecycle management including hardware refresh, software updates, and capacity planning Work closely with IT, operations, and platform teams to deliver scalable wireless solutions Contribute to standards, best practices, and technical documentation Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with Enterprise WLAN technologies ( Cisco & Aruba )
MUST HAVE
Strong experience with Aruba ClearPass Expertise in 802.1X, RADIUS, profiling, and role-based access control Experience with wireless surveys using Ekahau and/or Hamina Strong knowledge of RF design, Wi-Fi optimization, and troubleshooting Experience with SD-WAN and modern network infrastructure Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills Nice to Have Experience with satellite / 5G connectivity solutions Industrial / large campus wireless deployment experience Network modernization project experience
