Job Description
We are looking for a NetSuite Administrator to support and improve a critical ERP environment for a manufacturing organization in Dayton, Ohio. This Long-term Contract position focuses on platform administration, user assistance, configuration, and technical development to keep NetSuite aligned with operational needs. The role will work closely with teams across the business to deliver practical enhancements, maintain system stability, and strengthen day-to-day usability.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely support for NetSuite users by troubleshooting issues, resolving requests, and helping teams work effectively within the system.
- Administer core platform settings, including workflows, user roles, permissions, saved searches, and record configurations, to maintain a secure and efficient environment.
- Design, build, and maintain SuiteScript solutions, custom features, and connected integrations that support business operations.
- Deliver system enhancements and automation initiatives that streamline processes and improve overall performance.
- Produce clear documentation such as process instructions, system references, and standard operating procedures to support consistency and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions.
- Monitor system effectiveness and recommend improvements that increase reliability, adoption, and operational efficiency across departments.
